This is one of the more established 10k races in the area, celebrating it's 20th year in 2019. It is organised by the Grange Farm & Dunmow Running Club and has a big field of club runners. It is known as a fast course and many runners achieve their personal best in this race. The race did not take place in 2024 and 2025 as the field used for car parking became a building site for a housing development. However, the race returns in 2026 and is now based at the Felsted School. The route is similar and has a pleasant circuit on country lanes though the greens of Cock Green, Willows Green and Bannister Green, but now starts and finishes outside the imposing Felsted School building. The race is one of the few local races that has a wheelchair race, which starts just before the main event. Parking is free, ample and in the school grounds. A highly recommended event.
