The Great Cornard ParkRun is in the market town of Sudbury in Suffolk, but it is included as it is only 3 miles from the Essex border and a lot of Essex runners take part. The event is set at the Thomas Gainsborough school and is basically a 2 lap circuit of the school playing fields. It is not the most scenic run and as it is at the same time as football practice, you need to watch out for flying footballs. Dogs are not allowed, presume because it is a school field, buggies are allowed. 

Car parking is in the school car park and is free and close by.
