Essex Runners

I loved this run! It was such a beautiful day and running through the fields and round the country lanes was just brilliant. I found it quite intense as I was one of a handful of non-club runners present. Therefore the standard was quite high in general, however, there were still a variety of different ages and levels present. The crowd through the town for the last half a km was great encouragement up the final hill but for the most part it is a peaceful run where you can really push yourself for time, being carried along by a lot of very successful club runners.
