Essex Runners

I have completed ParkRuns in numerous countries across Europe and I think despite the torrential rain, this was one of my favourite. To start with the Marshalls were so welcoming and made such a good start to the weekend. The course itself is a good one for a fast run, especially with some long downhill sections and all being good pathways the whole way round. A few puddles here and there with the weather but a great one for the rain. There is an uphill at the start of the second lap which caught me off guard and took me a while to catch my breath and gave my Dad and opportunity to overtake, but next time I'll get him as I'll definitely return to Marks Hall Estate ParkRun.
